Morning Glory Fizz
Ingredients
- 2 oz. 60 ml Scotch Whisky
- 1/4 oz. 7.5 ml Anisette
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Simple Syrup
- 1 1 Egg White
- Club Soda / Carbonated Water

Instructions
Pour Scotch, anisette, lemon juice, simple syrup and an egg white into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Fill it with club soda.
