Ingredients
- 1 oz. 30 ml Cognac or Brandy
- 1 oz. 30 ml Rum (Dark)
- 1 1 Egg White
- 1 1 Egg Yolk
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Sugar
- Water or Milk

Instructions
Beat an egg white and an egg yolk separately. Then, fold together and place it into an Irish coffee mug. Add cognac, dark rum and sugar. Fill it with hot water or hot milk.
