Old Fashioned Glass

Ingredients

2 oz. 60 ml Rye Whiskey
1 tsp. 1 tsp. Sugar
4 Dashes of 4 Dashes of Bitters
Splash of Splash of Pernod®

Garnish

Lemon Twist

Instructions

Chill an old fashioned glass and coat it with Pernod, Herbsaint or absinthe. Pour rye whiskey, sugar and Peychaud's bitters in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into the chilled glass.
