1 1/2 oz. 45 ml Absinthe
1 1/2 oz. 45 ml Water
2 Dashes of 2 Dashes of Bitters
1 tsp. 1 tsp. Sugar (Optional)

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
