Champagne Julep
Ingredients
- 2 oz. 60 ml Bourbon
- Champagne
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Sugar
- Splash of Splash of Water
- 4 4 Mint Leaves
Garnish

Instructions
In a mixing glass, muddle the mint leaves with sugar and a splash of water. Add bourbon and stir. Strain into a glass with ice. Fill it with champagne.
