Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. 45 ml Rum (Light)
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Triple Sec
- 1/4 oz. 7.5 ml Pernod®
- Splash of Splash of Crème de Cacao (White)
- 1 tsp. 1 tsp. Sugar
- 1 1 Egg Yolk

Instructions
Pour light rum, triple sec, Pernod, white crème de cacao, sugar and an egg yolk into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
