Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. 45 ml Bourbon
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Pernod®
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. 1/2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 1 Egg White

Instructions
Pour bourbon, Pernod, lemon juice, sugar and an egg white into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass.
