Mai Tai (Classic)
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. 45 ml Rum (Light)
- 1 oz. 30 ml Triple Sec or Orange Curacao
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Orgeat Syrup
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Lime Juice
- Float of Float of Rum (Dark)
Garnish
Pineapple Slice and Cherry
Instructions
Pour all ingredients except the dark rum into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Float the dark rum on top.
