- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Blue Curacao
- 1/2 oz. 15 ml Amaretto
- 1 oz. 30 ml Vodka
- 2 oz. 60 ml Sweet & Sour Mix
- 1 oz. 30 ml Lemon-Lime Soda
