2 oz. 60 ml Irish Whiskey
Splash of Splash of Water
1/2 tsp. 1/2 tsp. Sugar
Club Soda / Carbonated Water
Float of Float of Port

Garnish

Nutmeg Sprinkles

Instructions

Dissolve sugar in water and add Irish whiskey. Pour into a glass with ice. Almost fill it with club soda. Float the port on top.
