2 oz. 60 ml Whiskey
Splash of Splash of Water

Club Soda / Carbonated Water
Float of Float of Port

Instructions

Dissolve sugar in water and add whiskey. Pour into a glass with ice. Almost fill it with club soda. Float the port on top.
